Our service
PLATESPEC is a registered number plate supplier. We aim to dispatch plates the same day, subject to the order being ready for production and the current service being confirmed. This is an aim, not a guaranteed dispatch or arrival date.
We offer a six-month warranty. Contact us with the order reference and details of the issue so the team can confirm the applicable warranty support. Full coverage and claim terms will be supplied before live ordering opens.
Delivery charges will be confirmed at checkout before payment.
Production and delivery are different
When ordering opens, read the stated production time and the delivery estimate together. Ask whether document checks, weekends or bank holidays affect the production start. A shipping service describes transit; it does not automatically shorten manufacturing time.
Contact the team to confirm the current service before placing a time-sensitive order. Dispatch cutoffs and carrier promises must be confirmed for your order.
Made an error?
Contact us promptly with the order reference and the correction you need. The options available depend on whether checks, manufacturing or dispatch have started. We cannot promise a change until the team confirms it.
When your plates arrive
Check the specification before fitting. For damage, an incorrect item or a delivery problem, keep the packaging and contact us with the order reference and photographs where appropriate. Use the applicable store policies for returns and remedies.
